Pésimo no solucionan nada fui por mejorar el programa de internet y tv que tengo contratado y ahora no tengo ningún servicio y estoy pagando igual según ellos después de 5 días vendrá un técnico a casa para ver el equipo son pesimos debería haber una compensacion por los dias que estoy sin servicio.
